Add eggs and sugar and mix. Mix in coconut, pecans, raisins, Kahlua, and vinegar. Pour into unbaked pie shell. I bake at 325F for 45-55 minutes. Here's one that I make frequently.

Vinegar Pie

1 stick
margarine -- melted
4
eggs
1 cup
brown sugar
1 tablespoon Kahlua
1/2 cup
coconut flakes
1/2 cup pecans -- chopped
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons
vinegar
pie shell -- unbaked

Melt Margarine. Add
eggs and sugar and mix. Mix in coconut, pecans, raisins, Kahlua, and vinegar. Pour into unbaked pie shell. I bake at 325F for 45-55 minutes.
