Add half cup flour and stir until you have a uniform batter. Cover with towel and leave in a warm place for 30 min. Dough In a large bowl add the flour and make a potholes, add the batter's yeast, salt, olive oil and margarine. Knead well for at least 10 min. The dough should be elastic, smooth and not sticky, adding flour if necessary or water accordingly. Transfer the dough to a clean bowl that we smeared with olive oil. Cover with towel, let the dough 2 hours in a warm place. Knead on floured bench for 5 min. Divide the dough into pieces equally. Spread on a baking sheet pan and mold the dough a bit of an elongated, oval, thin loaf. With our fingers we make holes in the surface. Sprinkle with water and sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds. Cover with towel and leave about 20 min. in a warm place. We preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Bake the lagana for 30 min. or slightly longer if you like fried!
