Here is the lime bar recipe again. I am sorry for the confusion. Note there is 1/4 cup of lime juice and the grated rind from all the limes used. this should clear up all the questions of how much juice and how much rind to use! MM: Lime Bars Again ---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.03 Title: Lime Bars Categories: Pastries Yield: 12 servings Crust: 2 c Flour 1/2 c Powdered sugar 1 c Chilled butter or margarine 1 ts Lemon or lime extract Filling: 4 lg Eggs 1 1/2 c Sugar 4 tb Flour 1/2 ts Baking powder 6 To 8 limes( enough to make 1/4 c Juice ) Grated lime rind from all The limes Make crust either by placing ingredients in food processor with metal blade and processing a few seconds to make coarse crumbs. Or by hand: combine flour and sugar and cut in chilled butter until coarse crumbs. Pat mixture evenly into a well greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake crust in 350 oven until light golden about 15 to 20 minutes. Meanwhile make filling. Beat eggs until well blended for several minutes. Beat in flour, sugar and baking powder.
