from Dallas Texas, US 8 Cherry Peppers 1/2 Cup Grated Asadero Cheese 1/2 Cup Grated Oaxaca Cheese 2 Tsp Chipolte Peppers in Adobo Sauce chopped 2 Tsp Minced Habenero Pepper 1 Tsp Chopped Cilantro 4 Tbsp Sour Cream 3 Tbsp Crushed Fritos (2+1) 2 Tsp Freshly Minced Chives Wash peppers, slice in half and remove seed and membranes. Broil for 2 minutes on both sides. Combine sour cream, peppers and puree. Combine cheeses sour cream mixture, cilantro and 2 tbsp Fritos. Stuff in broiled cherry peppers. Top with remaining Fritos and place under broil for another 2 minutes just to lightly melt the cheeses. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chives. Serve hot. My family says these taste like more.
