Wonderful recipes! Many thanks, Dave. Here is one that proves Meatloaf doesn't have to be same ol' meatloaf. Meatloaf Supreme (A really tasty variation on a theme) 2 lbs ground beef, or 1 lb ground beef 1 lb ground pork 1 cup shredded carrots (use the slicer side of a four-sided grater) 1 cup saltines (22 crackers)- coarse crumbled by hand 1 cup sour cream 1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped onions (depending upon taste) 1 t salt 1 t pepper 1 clove garlic minced Combine. Bake at 350 for ninety minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. NOTE: I cover the top with ketchup for the last 30 minutes. Mmmmm!!
