Hi I'm Rayna from Tauranga, New Zealand - where it's summertime, MELT IN YOUR MOUTH COOKIES This recipe makes 3 dozen cookies, takes 15 minutes to put together - chills for one hour in the fridge before slicing, can be prepared ahead and dough freezes well. 1 cup butter 2 cups flour 1 cup powdered sugar Combine ingredients together. (At first, it will be pie crust consistency) Roll into one large roll. Wrap in wax paper. Chill. Slice 1/4 inch thick. Bake at 350 (or 180) degrees for 10 minutes. Watch carefully so they don't burn.
