from Torrington, USA 1/2c. Mayonnaise 1/2c. Sour Cream 1 can 14 oz. or 8.5 oz drained Artichoke Hearts (not in oil) 1/2 box chopped spinach drained and squeezed dry 3/4c. Fontina Cheese, shredded 1 tsp. garlic chopped Mix all ingredients, put in round caserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbling and slightly browned. Really just cook it until it's pretty looking. This is served warm with a stiff cracker. It makes enough for a party of 10, but can be easily doubled. It blows the store bought stuff, off the map. My mother would shoot me if she knew I posted this. Buon Apetito!
