Serves 2 Ingredients: 6 chicken wings, rinse well 2 oranges 1 slice ginger, cut julienne 2 T light soy sauce 2 T sugar 1 T Chinese cooking wine 3 T vegetable oil Rinse the chicken wings well under running water, drain well, and combine with ginger slices, light soy sauce, sugar, Chinese cooking wine in a bowl, combine to mix well, let them marinate for about 15 minutes. Preheat a wok over high heat for 1 minute, then add 3 T vegetable oil, heat until hot, pan fry chicken wings over medium high heat until both sides turn golden brown. Peel oranges well. Cut oranges into cubes. Add the marinade and orange cubes into the wok in which it was cooked, add 1 cup water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium high heat, simmer until the sauce thickens. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired, dish out and serve hot.

Ingredients:
