Drain well. Spray noodles with cooking spray and gently toss to coat noodles. While noodles cook, spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Combine garlic, broccoli, zucchini, peppers and carrots and pour into skillet. Add chicken broth, 1/4 cup at a time. Stir in Italian seasoning. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until vegetables become tender, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add more broth as needed to keep vegetables moist. Combine hot pasta with vegetables. Gently toss. Pasta Primavera

16 ounces
linguine
Olive oil flavored vegetable cooking
-- spray
1 teaspoon minced
garlic
2 cups
broccoli florets
1 cup sliced
zucchini
1/2 cup sliced yellow pepper
1/2 cup sliced red pepper
1/2 cup carrots -- sliced lengthwise
3/4 cup
fat-free chicken broth
1 teaspoon Italian
seasoning
3/4 cup freshly grated
fat-free parmesan
cheese
freshly ground black pepper

Cook
linguine according to package directions. Drain well. Spray noodles
with cooking spray and gently toss to
