An even easier Peach Cobbler receipe: (I call it Peach Cobbler Dump) 2 cups peeled and sliced peaches 10 pkgs equal or sweet n'low 1 tsp sta-fresh (or some type of absorbic acid to prevent browing) Mix the above in bowl and set in frig till ready. other ingred: 1 light yellow cake mix 1 stick light margarine Spray glass baking pan with fat-free cooking spray. Dump peaches and cake mix into pan alternating spoon fulls. Dot top of mixture with butter. Cook uncovered in oven at 350 for 35 minutes or brown on top. (Cooking time may be longer with extra juicy peaches) Top with vanilla ice cream if you must. Enjoy.

2 cups peeled and sliced peaches
