from US Serves 4. 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil 2 Large Onion -- Chopped 3 Cloves Garlic -- Chopped 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Cumin 1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Cup Orange Juice 1 Lime Lime Juice 1 Can Tomato Paste 8 Cups Kidney Beans -- Cooked 1 Medium Jalapeno -- Chopped Pita Bread Saute onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt, cumin and cinnamon. Saute for 5 minutes. Stir in orange and lime juice. Mix well. Add tomato paste and simmer for 10 miutes. Add beans and jalapeno and simmer for 20 minutes. The mixture should fairly dry. Stuff into pita bread and serve.

Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon
Cinnamon
1 Cup
Orange Juice

Lime Lime Juice
1 Can
Tomato Paste
8 Cups
Kidney Beans -- Cooked

Pita Bread

Saute
onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic, salt, cumin and cinnamon. Saute for 5 minutes. Stir in orange and lime juice. Mix well. Add
