This is a great recipe for sweet, moist cornbread and super simple. PIECE-OF-CAKE CORNBREAD 1 package (9 oz.) yellow cake mix 1 package (8 1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix 2 eggs 1 cup milk In large bowl, stir together mixes. In mediium bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Add to mixes and stir until just combined. Pour into 8 inch square pan that has been coated with no-stick cooking spray. Bake in 44 degree oven for 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 10-12 servings. If you use a glass dish, temperature of oven should be 375 degrees.
