from USA Pineapple Cheese Mold 1 3 oz pkg lemon gelatin 1 cup boiling water 3/4 cup pineapple juice 1 Tbs lemon juice 1 1/4 cups drained crushed pineapple 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup cream whipped Dissolve gelatin in the water and add juices. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in crushed pineapple, cheese and cream. Place in 1 1/2 qt mold and chill firm. Unmold . Nice over lettuce leaf cups. Use as a refreshing salad course. Pineapple Cheese Mold

1 3 oz pkg
lemon gelatin
1 cup boiling water

pineapple juice
1 Tbs

pineapple
