from US There is a Czech cookie/candy named Rakvièka, that can be translated into a little coffin. It is baked in small forms. However, the recipe does not contain almonds. The recipe I have is from book. I hope the translation will be OK. Rakvička (little coffins with whipped cream) 5 egg yolk 250 g powdered sugar 1 vanilla sugar (this is aromatized sugar, ~ 1 tsp) 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp rum whipped cream Whip yolks with sugar, until it is white and creamy, add lemon juice, rum and vanilla sugar. Fill greased and floured forms and bake. It does not state for how long or at what temperature. Serve cooled cookies with whipped cream.
