Raspberry Cordial 2 cups granulated sugar 2 pints ripe raspberries, picked over 1 quart vodka 1. Place the sugar in a 3 quart glass jar with a lid. Add the raspberries and the vodka, and cover. (The sugar may not dissolve completely at first. It will eventually, however). 2. Place in a dark cool place. Each week for about 2 months open the jar and stir the cordial. 3. Raspberry Cordial

2 cups

1. Place the

If you've never tried this... DO! This is a truly delicious drink. I've made it before, and the most difficult part is waiting the 2 months.
