from Canada 1 213-g can of red Pacific salmon, well drained 1/2 cup chopped red onion 1/4 cup finely chopped chives 1 10-oz can cream of mushroom soup 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp lemon zest juice of 1/2 lemon 3 tbsp chopped celery leaf 1 tbsp rice flour Combine onions, chives, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, celery leaf, salmon and soup. Mix well and then add the rice flour. Grind well with immersion blender or food processor until smooth. Chill until the pate has set, and you're ready to serve it.
