from Calgary, Alberta, Canada 500ml Fresh Cream salt to taste pepper (dash) Fennel seeds paprika Garam masala cilantro ( added at the end) curry leaves shrimp (at least a ring or two depending on amount of guests) garlic and freshly grated ginger Half of a large onion sliced a portion or green and or red peppers sliced butter to cook with at least 2 spoon fulls. Add 2 tables spoon fulls of butter to a deep pan. place crushed garlic and cook until light golden brown. Add freshly cut ginger in one corner of the pan until golden brown. (This enhances the flavour and taste)Add shrimp and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes. Add onions and peppers. Cook for about a further 10 minutes. Add spices and stir for about 5-7 minutes. Add a little water if necessary so that spices do not burn.. Taste for salt. Adding more if necessary. Finally add fresh cream and stif in. Turn heat on low and let simmer or until cream is slightly thick. Leave to simmer for about 15 mintues stirring every 5 minutes. Add chopped cilantro and serve with spaghetti or noodles or your choice. Enjoy
