Shrimp In Tangy Sauce Serves 6 1 pound peeled, deveigned shrimp 1 large red bell pepper 1 large green bell pepper 1 head broccoli 1 large carrot, sliced 1/8-inch 1 cup cauliflower florets 4 tablespoons peanut oil 1/2 cup water 1 tablespoon tapioca starch 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon light soy sauce 1 tablespoon Yeo's sweet chili sauce drop sesame oil Cut off broccoli florets and set aside. Skin the broccoli stems and slice into 1/4-inch pieces. To a hot wok, add 2 tablespoons oil. When hot, add the shrimp and stir-fry until just cooked and color changes to pink. Remove from wok, drain and set aside. Clean the wok, heat and add 2 tablespoons oil. To the hot wok, add the carrots, celery, broccoli stems and cauliflower. Stir fry 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and steam for 2 minutes. Add the peppers and broccoli florets, mix, cover and steam 1 minute. Add the shrimp, stir-fry 1 minute. Add the sauce mixture of tapioca starch, water, light soy sauce, sweet chili sauce and sesame oil. Stir until sauce is thick and coats the ingredients. Shrimp In Tangy Sauce

Serves 6


1 pound peeled, deveigned
shrimp
1 large
red bell pepper

sauce

sesame oil

Cut
off broccoli florets and set aside. Skin the broccoli stems

To a
