About 4 cups olive oil 8 to 10 cloves crushed garlic 1/2 cup vinegar 2 or three medium boiled potatoes, mashed salt and pepper to taste Mix the crushed garlic with the potatoes and crush or mash well until it is blended into a paste. Add the olive oil and vinegar, alternating them little by little. (Little oil, little vinegar) Continue mixing until all ingredients are blended well and you have a thick paste. Serve it on toast, bread or anything else you have a mind to. One word of caution. It is delicious but leaves one with a real smelly breath the next day.
