Add the ravioli and sauté them, using tongs to turn them until they get lightly browned and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add the peppers and cook 30 seconds. Stir in the beef and breaking up meat with tongs and cook and browned through about 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in wine and cook until wine has reduced by 1/2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley. Yield 4 servings.
