Add the milk little by little, stirring gently until it boils. Let it boil for 3 minutes.) While the cream sauce is still hot, mix in 1 tablespoon or more of paprika. Boil the string beans in salted water for about 30 minutes. Drain off water. Make the paprika sauce while string beans are boiling. Put string beans and butter in a sauce pan. Let cook for about 2 minutes, then add the boiling paprika sauce. Mix well and serve.

I just prepared this recipe and it turned out "okay". I appreciate the variation it provides on string beans but I found the instructions to be a bit confusing. For instance, when preparing the sauce, scald the milk and melt the butter in *DIFFERENT* pots / saucepans. I didn't realize this until it was a bit late but was able to make due with my mistake!
