Here is a recipe that a friend (Heather) cooked up. It is delicious! ***Stuffed Salmon*** Servings :4 Keywords :Fish, Seafood Ingredients: 1 whole Apple, Cored then sliced 1 whole Lemon, Cut in half then thin sliced 1 Whole Plum, Pitted then sliced 1 Whole Bunch fresh Baby Dill, chopped Instructions: Either buy two matching halves of fresh salmon or buy a section of salmon that includes a portion of the body cavity available for stuffing. Rinse fish under running cold water and pat dry. De-bone but leave skin on. Place sliced ingredients inside, or between portions of, fish, sprinkle chopped baby dill over and tie closed with a cotton string or butchers twine. Barbecue on each side about 5 minutes/per. turn over four times or until fish is obviously done. Follow same directions for broil bake in oven.
