Hi everyone! Here are a couple of vegetable side dishes we like to serve throughout the holidays: SUPREME SCALLOPED CORN 1 (1 pound) can cream style corn (about 2 cups) 1 cup milk 1 egg, beaten 1 cup crushed cracker crumbs 1/4 cup minced onion 3 tbs chopped pimento (optional) 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup buttered cracker crumbs (we use Ritz) Heat corn and milk together, gradually stir in the egg. Add the next 4 ingredients and a dash of pepper; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 inch round casserole dish. Sprinkle with buttered cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!! Hi everyone! Here are a couple of vegetable side dishes we like to serve

SUPREME SCALLOPED
CORN
