Sweet Potato Puff Deana Hannah Tennessee Ingredients Filling: 3 c. fresh (cooked) sweet potatoes 4 egg whites 1/4 c. sugar 1t. vanilla 2T. flour Topping: 3T. flour 1/2c. brown sugar 2T. butter 1/2c. chopped Pecans Directions 1.Preheat Oven to 350 degrees 2.Apply vegetable oil cooking spray to 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish. 3.Using a food processor or mixer, smooth together all sweet potato mixture ingredients and pour into dish. 4.To make topping, crumble flour, brown sugar, and butter in small bowl, stir in pecans. Sprinkle over sweet potato mixture. 5.Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 10

Ingredients

Filling:

3 c. fresh (
cooked) sweet potatoes

egg whites
1/4 c.
sugar
1t.
vanilla
2T.
flour

Topping:

3T.
flour
1/2c.
brown sugar
2T.
butter
1/2c. chopped Pecans

Directions

1.Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
