Matejka Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:15 Categories : Mexican Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1/2 lb turkey -- cooked 1/2 c onions -- chopped 1/2 c bell peppers -- chopped 1 jar taco Sauce (8 oz) 1 1/2 tsp unbleached flour 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 1 c cheddar cheese -- shredded 1 c Monterey Jack Cheese -- Shredded 1/4 c tortilla chips -- crushed In a skillet, over medium heat, brown meat, until no pink remains. Drain off fat. Stir in onions, peppers, taco sauce, flour, and seasoning mix. Stir, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened and bubbly.
