The Best Bass Recipe in the World Ingredients: Four Filets Bass Sunflower Oil Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs 1 tsp. "Polaner" Water Based Jarred Oregano Juice of three fresh lemon slices squeezed 1 tsp. Butter (or margarine) 2 tblsp. sour cream 1 clove of garlic, diced 1 egg 1/3 cup milk RECIPE FOR COOKING Prepare two medium sized filets, thoroughly deboned. In a small dish, mix egg and milk. Coat filets with egg/milk mixture. Cover each filet with Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs. Fry filets six minutes per side under low-medium heat in skillet using sunflower or light vegetable oil. (You can also bake them at 350 until golden brown and flakey white inside). RECIPE FOR SAUCE In a small cup add butter, sour cream, garlic, Oregano and lemon; mix thoroughly. Bring sauce to a light boil in small pan or microwave. Stir sauce to consistency for 30 seconds. Pour sauce over filets. That's It!!!

The Best
Bass Recipe in the World

Ingredients:
Four Filets
Bass
Sunflower Oil
Italian Seasoned
Bread Crumbs
