from NY, USA 2 lbs ground beef 4 cans ( 28 oz each ) favorite tomato sauce 16 oz of tomato paste 1 lg onion diced 2 Tbs. olive oil, extra virgin 2 tsp crushed garlic or to taste 2 tsp dried oregano or to taste 1/4 cup chopped parsley salt and pepper, sugar to taste Sauté beef and drain off fat. Add remainders to beef in pot and bring to a boil and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Correct seasonings as desired. Use on pasta.
