This is a nice one too. Cream butter till smooth. Cream in sugar till fluffily.Add in egg, one at a time. Combine and sift dry ingredients together. Beat into creamed mixture to blend. Spread mixture into a buttered 9 x 9 inch square pan. Place plums cut side up. Mix sugar and cinnamon and spoon mixture equally each plum. Bake 350F about 30 minutes or done. Serve warm or cold. Top with whipped cream.
