Cook the fettucine according to package directions. 2. While the noodles are cooking, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 3. While the noodles are also cooking, melt the butter, cheese, milk, and flour and spices in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occaisonally, until it forms a thick sauce 4. In a large bowl, combine the fettucine and the sauce. 5. Add the fettucine into a baking casserole, and sprinkle another 1/4 cup of the cheeses over the top, then put into the oven. 6.
