from chennai India 1 whole zuchinni shredded and water removed (you have to put the shredded zuchinni betweens your plams and squeeze water out of it do it atleast twice) 3 Tbsp of Flour 2 Eggs, beaten tsp of Baking Powder 2 Tbsp of Milk 1 Tbsp of fresh mixed hers 2 Tbsp of Olive oil Salt and Pepper to taste in a large bowl mix all the ingredients besides the oil. in a large non stick pan heat the oil over medium heat until nice and hot spoon out about 2 tbsp of batter for each fritter and fry for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side or unitl deep golden brown. and its ready to be served
