Since this is the time of year when many people have oodles and oodles of zucchini, here is a very good bread recipe. Enjoy! Carol Gravelle ZUCCHINI BREAD 1 cup salad oil 3 eggs, slightly beaten 2 cups sugar 2 cups grated raw, peeled zucchini 2 tsp. vanilla 3 cups flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 cup chopped nuts Mix ingredients together, but do not beat. Pour into 2 well-greased 8.5" x 4.5" x 2" loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 5 or 10 minutes.

ZUCCHINI BREAD
1 cup salad oil
