Lagana Bread

1/2 kilo plain (soft) flour
1/2 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt
sesame seeds

Dilute yeast in some lukewarm water and leave for 1/2 hour until it gets frothy. Add olive oil and flour, mix well together. Knead until dough is not sticky but soft but elastic; shape like a lagana (flat, use skewer to make plenty of holes). Place in oiled bread tin, cover with a tea towel until double in size; brush with olive oil and spread sesame seeds on top. Bake in a warm (180C oven) until gold.
