Sweet Egg Malasadas

6 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk lukewarm
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter melted
6 eggs beaten
1 pkg dry yeast
Sift flour. Make a well. Add butter, sugar, salt, eggs and milk with dissolved yeast (dissolved in the milk). Mix very well. Knead smooth and pliable. adjust either with flour or liquid. Cover and rise double and light. Punch down and let rise again. Break off pieces of dough and let rest 10 to 15 minutes. Fry in deep hot oil, turning only once until golden. Drain on brown paper bags or toweling. Sprinkle with sugar.
