Green Tea Mousse 2

Serves 4.

1 tablespoon green tea powder or matcha
3 gelatin leaves
4 oz white cheese (cream cheese)
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 handful unsalted pistachios

Set the gelatin leaves to soften in a bowl of cold water. Blend the sugar with the egg's yolk in a deep dish then add the green tea and white cheese. Blend thoroughly. Heat the milk and off fire dissolve the gelatin leaves in it. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous preparation. Incorporate the egg's white whipped into snow. Blend it all with the tea preparation. Pour the mousse in 4 ramekins and leave it to cool in a fresh place for 2 hours. Sprinkle with pistachios when about to serve.
