Quick Spicy Thai Sauce

1/2 cup coconut milk
1 Tbs red curry paste
1 Tbs peanut butter
1 Tbs fish sauce
1 Tbs molasses

Whisk all together and heat gently in pot. Add cooked cocktail meatballs and heat through.

Multiply sauce ingredients as desired. Adjust flavors if desired (more sweet, less hot etc. some garlic etc.)

Enough for 1 pound of cooked meatballs to make 4 servings.

Note: red curry paste is very hot and one may use yellow or green or a milder Thai curry paste in the recipe.
