|Carne de Espeto
5 lbs. of sirloin tips
1 and 1/2 heads of garlic, peeled and chopped
6 to 8 tablespoons of red ground pepper
salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Thread chunks of meat onto skewers and cook to desired doneness on the grill.
3. You can also add red wine or red wine vinegar to the recipe if you like.
