Now there are four ways to subscribe to International Recipes OnLine:

1. Foodchat	receive discussion board postings and replies to your email box with links which take you directly to the web page of the new message
2. Archived	the traditional digest format whereas new recipes are sent weekly and each mailing contains an average of six recipes
3. Individual	recipes are sent one at-a-time and mailings typically occur several times per week
4. Custom	receive only the recipes you want, one at-a-time!

To subscribe, enter your email address in the box beside the appropriate button and click on the button representing the group or groups you wish to join.
